Mainly just for the use of the forklifts and the Longfellow. Some of my favorite heists in this game are ones that have a primary objective unrelated to loot, but still has look scattered through the level that you can risk ferrying to the drop off point. Plus I love the process of defending the boat all the while looking for optional loot. I love the look of the level, snow levels are some of my favorites.
